When Should a Tree Be Removed vs Trimmed?

I had Arbor remove two trees and trim a third. They arrived on time with all of the equipment they needed including a crane, lift bucket, and a large crew. They completed the job including clean up in under three hours and left my property spotless. This is the second time I've used them in the last year and I would absolutely use them again.
