- Christopher B.5/13/2026Absolute perfection! The professionalism is unmatched and so rare. Arbor Experts are truly that, experts. We had an ailing gigantic oak in a precarious location far from the street. We thought the removal would be impossible, needing to deal with half walls, pergola, fences, and narrow spaces for any type of equipment to be able to be used. Kevin came out and assessed the situation, and arrived at a plan. It would be a circuitous route, removal of a small tree and using our neighbor’s property (cringe.) He would lay down heavy plastic interlocking mats for the heavy equipment to drive on so as not to damage the lawn. He obtained the necessary permit from the City for the removal of the tree since we are on the water (again, professionalism.) And we received permission from our neighbors for use of their property. Kevin and crew arrived as scheduled, and for two full days I was astounded at the efficiency and expertise of the crew. Each member proficient in their job. When everything was complete we could not tell they were here! All debris was removed from the yard, street, and route in between. Everything was immaculate. Even the lawn looked untouched!
