Kevin Kryzda brings a comprehensive set of skills to the tree care industry. He has 15 years of diversified experience including managing multiple large-scale projects with a demonstrated record of success controlling costs, increasing efficiencies, and identifying uncharted opportunities. He is a results-oriented professional with a strong background in time and financial management, problem solving, and oversight of competing priorities and deadlines. He’s easily able to balance operational demands which is seen on job sites. Kevin is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, proactive approach, and keen ability to effectively translate complex operational concepts into tangible action plans. His people-centric nature and compassion have afforded him excellent customer service skills which is seen by Arbor Experts’ 5-star google ratings.
Dr. Kimberly Kryzda brings over 26 years of business management experience. She is a transformational leader with diverse business experience and education providing strong skills in leadership, program and project management, profit and loss oversight, business development, strategic planning, budget planning and execution. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified with a PhD in Human Capital Management, a Master of Science in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. She helps to provide a comprehensive approach to address customer needs and challenges and offers industry best practices to streamline arborist services.
